Subscription and Pre-Order Policy

Certain products in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how these purchases work and how you can modify or cancel them.


Subscriptions


When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries according to the schedule and frequency selected at the time of purchase.


Your payment details will be stored securely and charged automatically before each recurring delivery unless you have chosen to pay in advance.


Some subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time.

Returns and refunds for subscription orders are handled in accordance with our Return Policy.


Pre-Orders


When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock or has not yet been released.


We may charge all or part of the purchase price at checkout or reserve your payment method for future payment when the product becomes available for shipment.


You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been shipped. Once the product has been shipped, our standard Return Policy applies.


Any estimated shipping or delivery dates for pre-order products are approximate and may change.
