Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods or goods with a limited shelf life, custom-made or personalized products, and hygiene or personal care products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal within the EU

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the item. To exercise this right, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be made automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
